الملخص
حق الدفاع والمحاكمة العادلة (آداب المحامين) The lawyer and the judge represent the two wings of justice, and they are its undisputed guardians. They protect it from every futility that tries to undermine it or belittle it, and from every abuse that deviates from its noble goal and mission, which is to establish the truth and remove falsehood. Our research paper discusses legal guarantees to enshrine the role of the lawyer in achieving a fair trial
