الملخص
التشريع الإسلامي شامل لجميع القضايا المرتبطة بالحياة، والغرض من أحكامه تحقيق مصالح الإنسان في العاجل والآجل، ولما كان للمال مكانة خاصة في الحياة، اعتنى به التشريع من حيثيات مختلفة، من كيفية كسبه والحصول عليه، فبين الطرق المشروعة وغير المشروعة، ومن حيث انفاقه وما فرض الله تعالى من حقوق الغير فيه، ومن ثم شدد التشريع على كيفية خَلق مودة بين المسلمين عن طريق التعامل بالمال فرضا وندبا، ومن الأول فرض الزكاة، وهي حق لطوائف معينة من مال الغني، فيجب دفعها إلى الفئات المحددة بكل ود واحترام، ومن الثاني-الندب- الصدقات نفلا، والتي وردت النصوص بشأنها وثوابها عندالله تعالى . ولهذا الأمر– الانفاق في سبيل الله- آثار كثيرة واسعة في المجتمع من نواحي متعددة، ومنها التنمية الفكرية، وهذا البحث يهدف إلى بيان دور الزكاة وآثارها في التنمية الفكرية، حيث أن هذا الأمر واضح لمن تأمل في النصوص الشرعية، مع أن الواقع خير دليل على دور الزكاة في هذا المجال، ولذلك أحببت أن يكون الموضوع عنوان بحثي، وما توفيقي إلا بالله العلي العظيم.
