الملخص
ملخّص: يعتبر التعليم عنصرا أساسيا للتنمية، ففضلا عل أنه يرسي أسس النمو الاقتصادي المستدام نجد أن أغلب دول العالم اليوم متقدمة كانت أو نامية تعطي اهتماما كبيرا لنظامها التربوي وكلها عزم على مواكبة الركب الحضاري، الذي لا يتأتى اليوم إلاّ من خلال سياسة تربوية وتعليمية قائمة على أسس عالمية وبالتالي كانت عملية الإصلاح مطلبا مهما لجميع هذه الدول . بالنسبة للجزائر فقد شهد التعليم بمختلف مستوياته جملة من الإصلاحات منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا سعت من خلالها السياسة التربوية الجزائرية إلى محاولة تفعيل دور التعليم في مجال تنمية الوطن وهذا بعد مرحلة التحولات التي عرفتها الجزائر خاصة خلال السنوات الأخيرة على مختلف الأصعدة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. إن المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية ونظرا لما تعانيه من مشاكل ،كالتراجع الكبير للمستوى النوعي للتعليم وما عرفه قطاع التربية من تسرب للتلاميذ وفشل المدرسين ومن أجل الالتحاق بالركب الحضاري أسرعت في تغيير أساليب التدريس والتكوين وتجديد المضامين والمناهج الدراسية وذلك بتطبيق نسق التعليم عن طريق الكفاءات البيداغوجية، وسنحاول من خلال هذا البحث التركيز على الإصلاح التربوي في الجزائر والتطرق للإصلاح عن طريق الكفاءات. ونهدف من هذا البحث إلى التعريف بهذا النسق التعليمي الجديد المتمثل في نسق التعليم عن طريق الكفاءات باعتباره من أسس الإصلاح التربوي الجديد والإحاطة بمختلف الصعوبات التي تواجهه Abstract: Education is an essential element for development. In addition to laying the foundations for sustainable economic growth, we find that most countries in the world today, whether developed or developing, give great attention to their educational system and are determined to keep pace with the civilizational progress, which can only come today through an educational and educational policy based on global foundations. Thus, the reform process was an important requirement for all these countrie. With regard to Algeria, education at all levels has witnessed a number of reforms since independence to the present day, through which the Algerian educational policy has sought to try to activate the role of education in the field of the development of the country, and this is after the stage of transformations that Algeria has known, especially during recent years, at various political, economic and social levels. The Algerian educational system and in view of the problems it suffers from, such as the significant decline in the qualitative level of education and what the education sector has known from the leakage of students and the failure of teachers, and in order to join the civilized movement, hastened to change the methods of teaching and training and renew the contents and curricula by applying the education system through pedagogical competencies, and we will try to During this research, the focus is on educational reform in Algeria and addressing reform through competencies . We aim from this research to introduce this new educational system represented in the education system through competencies as one of the foundations of the new educational reform and to take note of the various difficulties it faces.
