دور المرأة السياسي والاداري في الدولة العباسية خلال عصر النفوذ التركي

الملخص
بحث دور المرأة السياسي والاداري في الدولة العباسية خلال عصر النفوذ التركي من ( 232 – 334هـ ) إعداد الدكتورة : آمنة محمود عودة الذيابات قسم العلوم الاجتماعية /كلية الآداب/ جامعة حائل/حائل/المملكة العربية السعودية 1442/1443هـ/2021/2022م anadyabat@gmail.com ملخص : يتناول البحث دور المرأة السياسي والاداري خلال عصر النفوذ التركي (232-334هـ) وجاء في مقدمة وتمهيد و ثلاثة مباحث :المبحث الأول: تناول دور المرأة في عصر الخلفاء المتوكل على الله – المنتصربالله –المستعين بالله– المعتز بالله " اما المبحث الثاني: فاختص بدور المرأة في عصر الخليفة المقتدر بالله " واهتم المبحث الثالث: في دور القهرمانات في عصر الخلفاء - المقتدر -المتقي - المستكفي. وقد اعتمدت على عدد كبير من المصادر والمراجع التاريخية منها الطبري في كتابه تاريخ الرسل والملوك، والتنوخي في كتابه نشوار المحاضرة ، ومسكويه في كتابه تجارب الامم والصابي في كتابه الوزراء وغيرهم الكثير ، وانتهى البحث بنتائج الدراسة واهمها ان عصر النفوذ التركي مثل حكم المرأة بامتياز وذلك في تدخلها المباشر في مختلف شؤون الدولة بل اصبحت قرارات الدولة لا تخرج الا بأمرها فتدخلت في تعيين وعزل الخلفاء والوزراء والكتاب والاستئثار بأموال الدولة والنظر في القضاء والمظالم ،وكان لذلك اثره السلبي على الدولة سياسيا واداريا مما ساهم في ضياع الأمور، وانتشار الفوضى، واضعاف الدولة مع عوامل اخرى واجهتها الدولة العباسية خلال عصر النفوذ التركي . Prepared by Dr.: Amna Mahmoud Odeh Al-Thiabat Department of Social Sciences / College of Arts / University of Hail / Hail / Kingdom of Saudi Arabia1441/1442 AH/2020/2021 AD Abstract: The research deals with the political and administrative role of women during the Turkish era of influence (232-334 AH). It came in an introduction, introduction and three topics: The first topic: It dealt with the role of women in the era of the Caliphs al-Mutawakki on God- Al-Muntasir biallah- Al-Mustaein biallah- Al-Muetazu biallah. "As for the second topic: It is concerned with the role of women in The era of the Caliph Al-Muqtadir Billah. The third study focused on the role of the Qahramanat in the era of the caliphs - al-Muqtadir - al-Muttaqi - al-Mistkfi And it has relied on a large number of historical sources and references, including Al-Tabari in his book The History of the Messengers and Kings, and Al-Tanukhi in his book Neshwar lecture, Miskoyeh in his book The Experiences of Nations and AL-Sabi in his Book of Ministers and many others, and the research ended with the results of the study, the most important of which is that the Turkish era of influence represented the rule of women with distinction and that in their direct interference in various affairs of the state. The state and looking into the judiciary and grievances, and this had a negative impact on the state politically and administratively, which contributed to the loss of affairs, the spread of chaos, and the weakening of the state with other factors that the Abbasid state faced during the era of Turkish influence.
