العدوان الاسرائيلي على الشعب الفلسطيني ودوره في تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر سكان مدينة رفح.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مسببات العدوان الاسرائيلي وتأثيره على الشعب الفلسطيني, ودوره في تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر سكان مدينة رفح , واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة , وذلك من خلال اعداد استبانة كأداة للدراسة, وتوصلت الدراسة الى أهم النتائج التالية : الدرجة الكلية لمسببات العدوان الاسرائيلي جاءت بمتوسط حسابي(3.98 ) وهو متوسط حسابي مرتفع وبنسبة(79.7% ) و المتوسط الحسابي لمعززات أبعاد الوحدة الوطنية جاء بمتوسط (4.12) وهو متوسط مرتفع , وبنسبة (82.4%) , وجاءت ترتيب متوسطات هذه الابعاد كالتالي : المتوسط الحسابي للبعد الاقتصادي(4.13) وبنسبة (82.6%) و المتوسط الحسابي للبعد السياسي (4.12) وبنسبة (82.4%) ,بينما جاء المتوسط الحسابي للبعد الاجتماعي(4.11) وبنسبة (82.2%), و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغيرات ( الجنس , الحالة الاجتماعية , المؤهل العلمي, الوظيفة ,الانتماء التنظيمي), وأوصت الباحثة بتشكيل مجلس حكماء من الكفاءات المستقلة لتقريب وجهات النظر بين السلطة والفصائل, و العمل على بناء الشخصية القيادية الشابة من خلال تنمية القدرات القيادية وصقلها للمواهب الواعدة. The study aimed to identify the causes of the Israeli aggression and its impact on the Palestinian people, and its role in strengthening Palestinian national unity from the point of view of the residents of Rafah. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in the study, by preparing a questionnaire as a tool for the study. The totality of the causes of the Israeli aggression came with an arithmetic mean (3.98), which is a high arithmetic average with a rate of (79.7%), and the arithmetic mean of the reinforcers of the dimensions of national unity came with an average of (4.12), which is a high average, and a rate of (82.4%), and the order of the averages of these dimensions was as follows: Arithmetic mean For the economic dimension (4.13 at a rate of (82.6%) and the arithmetic average for the political dimension (4.12) at a rate of (82.4%), while the arithmetic mean for the social dimension was (4.11) at a rate of (82.2%), and there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the (sex) variables Social status, educational qualification, job, organizational affiliation), and the researcher recommended the formation of a council of wise men of independent competencies to bridge the points of view between the authority and the factions, and work on building the young leadership personality through the development and refinement of leadership capabilities to for promising talents.
