الملخص
يعالج مضامين هذا البحث العدالة المترتبة عن جرائم الحرب العالمية الثانية ، وهي مرحلة إعتبرها البعض بالغة الأهمية فيما يتعلق بتطوير مفهوم العدالة الجنائية الدولية ، إذ شهدت هذه المرحلة إنشاء قضاء عسكري كان له الفضل بطريقة أو بأخرى في التطور الملموس للقانون الدولي الجنائي ومصدر إلهام للمجتمع الدولي للتفكير في إنشاء قضاء جنائي دولي مستقل والذي تمثل في القضاء العسكري لنورومبورغ وطوكيو واللذان أنشئا عقب إنتهاء الحرب العالمية الثاني ، على أن تستقر الدراسة البحثية المقدمة من طرفنا على دراسة حالة القضاء العسكري لنورومبورغ This research focuses on the implications of justice for crimes committed during the Second World War, a phase that some considered the most important in the development of the concept of international criminal justice. This phase saw the establishment of a military judicial system which, in one way or another, contributed to the development of the concreteness of international criminal law and inspired the international community to consider the creation of a system independent international criminal judiciary, represented by the military jurisdictions of Nuremberg and Tokyo and which were established after the end of the Second World War, provided that the research study that we present is based on the case study of justice Nuremberg military ; key words:) International criminal justice, Nuremberg, War crimes, The international criminal justice, war criminals, crimes against humanity, Individual Criminal Responsibility
