النوبة الصرعية الكبرى بين التفسير الديني الثقافي والتفسير العلمي الحديث

الملخص
.يعتبر مرض الصرع من بين الأمراض العصبية الأكثر انتشارا في العالم، والتي نالت اهتماما واسعا عبر حقبات زمنية مختلفة، وذلك لتأثيراته السلبية على المصاب سواء أكانت المعرفية، النفسية، أو الاجتماعية، نتيجة لإطلاقه لنوبات صرعية عنيفة (النوبة الصرعية الكبرى) مما يؤدي إلى إصابة مناطق دماغية عديدة. تجاذبت تفسيرات وتأويلات بينما هو روحي غيبي يرتبط ارتباطا شديدا بعالم السحر والجن، وبينما هو عقلاني إن صح القول بعد تطور البحوث وأدوات التشخيص والعلاج، وتميز هذا الأخير بألوان شتى، إلا انه لا يزال هناك بعض العائلات يتشبثن في الجانب التقليدي لهذا المرض تزامنا مع الطب الحديث ومع وجود اختلافات في أنماط الممارسات العلاجية الشعبية (من طقوس الشفاء التي تعتمد على الفقيه أو صاحب الحكمة تارة، وتارة أخرى تغلب نمط زيارة الأضرحة والتبرك بالأجداد وكراماتهم، وقد يصل الأمر إلى تفضيل الطب السحري وحفلات الزار لاسترضاء الأرواح التي تسكن جسد وعقل المريض حسب المخيال الشعبي). لقد حاولنا تقديم مفاهيم عامة حول مرض الصرع من تعريفات، أسباب وأعراض إضافة إلى مختلف العلاجات المقدمة سواء أكانت حديثة أو تقليدية، وتقديم تفسيرات نفسية، دينية وثقافية لهذا المرض. Abstract: Epilepsy is among the most prevalent neurological diseases in the world, which has received much attention over different periods of time, due to its negative effects on the patient, whether cognitive, psychological or social, resulting from the onset of violent fits (big seizure epileptic), that lead to lesions in many areas of the brain, , Interpretations and interpretations drawn, although spiritual and metaphysical, , it is closely related to the world of magic and jinn, and although it is rational, if true, after the development of tools for research, diagnosis and treatment, and the latter was distinguished from different colors, but there are still families clinging to the traditional side of this disease coinciding with modern medicine And with differences in models of popular healing practices, (Among the healing rituals that sometimes depend on the jurist or the author of wisdom, and at other times, the pattern of visiting shrines and blessing ancestors and their dignitaries prevails, and this may achieve preference for magical medicine and visitors' parties to appease the spirits that inhabit the body and mind of the patient according to the popular imagination).
