متطلبات تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة البسكرية للاسمنت– بسكرة-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات إطارات مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت، حول مستوى توفر متطلبات تحقيق الأداء المتميز بأبعاده المختلفة، ولتحقيق ذلك صيغت فرضية رئيسية واحدة، تم اختبارها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وبالاستعانة ببرنامج spss17، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وزعت على عينة الدراسة البالغ حجمها (73) عاملا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: كان الالتزام بمتطلبات تحقيق الأداء المتميز مرتفعاً بمؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت، وقدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة الحفاظ على متطلبات تحقيق الأداء المتميز وتعزيزها بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aims to identify the perceptions of the frames of Al-Baskaria Cement, about the level of meeting requirements for achieving outstanding performance in its various dimensions, to achieve this, one main hypothesis has been formulated, Tested using statistical methods and with the help of spss program, and used the questionnaire as the main tool to collect data and information, it was distributed to the study sample of (73) workers, the study reached to a set of results, the most important of them including: the commitment to the requirements to achieve the outstanding performance was high at Al –Baskaria Cement, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of preserving and enhancing the requirements for achieving outstanding
