الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى معالجة ظاهرة الألم المزمن من منظور ثلاث أبعاد فلسفية هي: المكان، الزمان والهوية في تأرجح بين الذاتي والموضوعي على اعتبار أن الألم المزمن يشكل تركيب ونسيج جد معقد، الدارس له يجده بعيد عن كونه فقط مجرد أثر عضوي بحث، بل هو مزيج تفاعل ديناميكي من ذات الفرد المتفاعلة مع المكان الذي تشغله ويشغلها وفق مدركات وأبعاد غير تلك التي عند الإنسان غير المتألم،وتفاعل مع الزمان وفق ساعات ودقائق وحتى أيام غير التي هي محسوسة عندنا ، كل ذلك يشكل له هوية مزدوجة واحدة ضعيفة في مواجهة المرض وأخرى تصارع طواحين الهواء هوية لذات أطاح الألم بعنفوانها وأمالها. This paper aims to treat the phenomenon of chronic pain from the perspective of three philosophical dimensions: Place, time and identity in a oscillation between self and objectivity Considering that chronic pain constitutes a very complex structure and texture. The learner finds it far from being just a purely organic effect, but a dynamic interaction mix of the same individual interacting with the place you occupy according to the perceptions and dimensions other than those of the non-suffering human being, and interacted with time according to hours, minutes and even days other than those that are felt ,All of this has one weak double identity in the face of the disease, and another that wrestles with windmills.
