الملخص

Abstarct : We presented this research paper to assess and analyze the impact of agricultural policies on the development of the agricultural sector , We focused on the policy of agricultural and rual renewal and policies for agricultural , rual and pharmaceutical development and this during the period 2006-2019 , These recent agricultural policies are a qualitative leap for the agricultural sector ,both in terms of developement improving the livelihood of the rual population , or in terms of increasing agricultural production to meet internal demand ;But despite all the financial capailities that were provided through the credit apparatus , the results remain below expectations, and self-suficiency in strategic materials remains very weak and food security has not yet been acheived Key words : agricultural ,policies, credit agencies ,food security ,Algeria Gel :classification :Q 18 ;H81 الملخص : قدمنا هذه الورقة البحثية لتقييم و تحليل أثر السياسات الزراعية على تطور القطاع الزراعي وقد ركزنا على سياسة التجديد الفلاحي و الريفي وسياسات التنمية الفلاحية و الريفية و الصيدية و هذا خلال الفترة 2006 _2019 .فتعتبر هذه السياسات الزراعية الأخيرة قفزة نوعية للقطاع الفلاحي سواء من حيث تطوير و تحسين سبل عيش سكان الأرياف أو من حيث الرفع من الإنتاج الزراعي لتلبية الطلب الداخلي ,لكن رغم كل الإمكانيات المالية التي قدمت عبر الاجهزة الائتمانية تبقى النتائج دون المأمول و يبقى الاكتفاء الذاتي في المواد الإستراتجية جد ضعيف و الأمن الغذائي لم يحقق بعد هذا ما يؤكده الاستمرار في ارتفاع فاتورة استيراد المواد الإستراتيجية خاصة شعبة الحبوب.
