بداية أم نهاية الاختلاف في زمن الحركيات العابرة للحدود؟

الملخص
اذا كانت ظاهرتي الاختلاف والتشابه الثقافيان قد ارتبطت ببداية البحث الانثروبولوجي، فإن العالم اليوم يعرف ديناميات جديدة، وبالخصوص فيما يتعلق بفهم ظاهرة التغير الثقافي نتيجة الحركيات العابرة للحدود، والتي جعلت كل حديث عن العزلة الثقافية أمرا متجاوزا، وبالتالي، أصبح العالم يتجه تكريس التشابه والتماثل في العديد من المستويات والأصعدة، وأصبحت الهيمنة ثقافية أكثر وضوحا نتيجة الثورة الإعلامية الحديثة، حيث أصبح العالم يتجه نحو تكريس ثقافة كونية ، والتي تجسدت في الهيمنة ال كونية للحداثة وقيمها، إذ هناك تقارب وتشابهكوني في أنماط الحياة، فال كوني أصبح يفرض ذاته أينما توجهنا وحللنا، فنحن إزاء عالم بحدود أقل، أو تكاد تنعدم. فكيف يمكن اعادة مقاربة ال كوني والمحلي، وهل يمثل بداية تشكل ثقافة كونية نهاية الصراع على المستوى الثقافي والحضاري؟ وكيف بالإمكان ادارة الصراع و احتواءه من اجل عالم يقبل الاختلاف ويضمن التعايش ويكرس التسامح If the two phenomena of cultural difference and similarity have been associated with the beginning of anthropological research, the world today knows new dynamics, in particular with regard to understanding of the phenomenon of cultural change as a result of cross-border movements, Which made all talk of cultural isolation something beyond, And therefore, has become the world tends to devote the similarity and uniformity in many levels, And cultural dominance became more evident as a result of the modern media revolution, Where the world is moving towards the establishment of a global culture, Which were embodied in the universal hegemony of modernity and its values, As there is a convergence and similarity in the cosmic patterns of life, The global is imposing itself wherever we go , We are about a world with fewer, or less, borders. How can a global and local approach be restored? Is it the beginning of the formation of a global culture end of conflict at the cultural and civilizational level?. How can the conflict be managed and contained for a world that accepts diversity, ensures coexistence and enshrines tolerance?
