دور الخدمة الاجتماعية في تحقيق التماسك الأسري الاجتماعي

الملخص
إن الأسرة جزء هام من الكيان الاجتماعي، بل النواة الأساسية في تشكيله، فاستقرارها يؤدي حتما إلى استقرار هذا الأخير، وبالتالي تعمل الخدمة الاجتماعية على تحقيق التماسك الاجتماعي من خلال أبعاد ثلاث متمثلة أساسا في 1تأكيد المقوم البنائــي، الذي يتطل ّب وجود أسرة متكاملة من أب وأم وأبناء وغيرهم إن وجدوا. و كذا التشجيع على توفر المقوم الدٌين ًي، الذي يعّد من أهم المقومات الت ًي تؤدي إلى زيادة التماسك والوحدة بين أعضاء الأسرة، ويزيد من تماسك الأسرة فكريا ً ومعنويا ً و يقيها من التفكك والإنحراف، و أخيرا التأكيد على ضرورة المقوم العاطفي، المعتمد على ما يسود الأسرة من عواطف إيجابية تربط بين جميع أعضائها، تتجلى في الحب المتبادل. وعليه فإنّ القائم على هاته المهمّة الإنسانية، وجب إعداده وتكوينه وتدريبه بشكل نظري وتطبيقي ملائم لنوعية مهامه المنتظرة في مقابل احتياجات الناس، لهذا يتوجّب عليه اس تيعاب مبـادئ مجموعة من العلوم الإجتماعية والطبية وغيرها، لنجاحه في أداء أدواره على أتم وجه، إلى جانب عنصر الرغبة والاستعداد والحب لهذه المهنة، وعنصر الموهبة والمهارة في استخدام وتطبيق المعارف النظرية و الأكاديمية التي اكتسبها. The family is an important part of the social entity, but the basic nucleus in its formation, its stability inevitably leads to the stability of the latter, and thus serve the social service to achieve family cohesion through three dimensions, firstly, the Confirmation of the structural value, which requires the existence of an integrated family of father, mother, sons and others if they exist. Secondly the encourage the availability of religious values, which considers as the most important elements that lead to greater cohesion and unity among family members, and increases the coherence of the family intellectually and morally and prevent them from disintegration and deviation. Finally the emphasis on the need for emotional values, which depends on the family's prevailing positive emotions linking all its members, reflected in mutual love. Therefore, the task of this humanitarian must be prepared, configured and trained in a theoretical and practical manner appropriate to the quality of its tasks expected in exchange for the needs of the people, so it must assimilate the principles of a set of social sciences, medical and other, to succeed in the performance of its roles fully, along with the element of desire and willingness and love For this profession, and the element of talentand skill in the use and application of theoretical and academic knowledge acquired
