مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وإنتاج الجريمة في الوسط الاجتماعي

الملخص
ارتبط ظهور السلوكات المخالفة للقواعد الاجتماعية بضعف وانهيار عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية التي أضحت اليوم قائمة على تلك الأساليب المتذبذبة بين الإهمال والتفريط والتشدد والتسلط وغياب الأسلوب الديمقراطي، ما أفرز ظاهرة الانحراف وتفشيها في المجتمعات بدون استثناء والتي أنتجت الجريمة بأنواعها(اعتداء على الأطفال، خطف، البغاء، الاغتصاب، قتل، سرقة،) كما أن الجرائم لم تنحصر في المجال الاجتماعي بل امتدت إلى كل المجالات منها(السياسية، الاقتصادية، الدينية، القانونية،) ما انعكس سلبا على الاستقرار الاجتماعي، أصبح الفرد في ظل هذه الأوضاع غير آمن. تشهد المجتمعات العربية والمجتمع الجزائري على وجه التحديد نماذج وأنماط من الجرائم ارتبط ظهورها بضعف الرقابة وانهيار النظم والأنساق الاجتماعية التي اعتبرت في جانب الآخر سببا في إنتاج الجريمة والسلوك الانحرافي. فكيف ساهمت مؤسسات التنشئة في إنتاج ظاهرة الانحراف والجريمة داخل المجتمع؟ The emergence of behaviours that violate social norms was associated with weakness and collapse of the process of socialization that today is based on these oscillating methods between negligence, extremism, domination and absence of democracy, what produced the phenomenon of deviance and spread in communities without exception, which produced the crime of all kinds(assault on children, kidnapping, prostitution, rape, murder, stealing) also not confined to the social sphere but extended to all areas(political, economic, religious, legal) of which has negatively affected social stability in these circumstances, the individual becomes insecure. The Arab societies and particularly Algerian community are witnessing models and pattern of crimes whose appearance has been linked to the weak surveillance and breakdown of social systems and structures, which was considered on the other hand a reason for the the production of crime and the behaviour of deviance. How did the institutions of socialization contribute to the production of the phenomenon of deviance and crime?
