الملخص
الملخص: إن استقرار النظام القانوني لضبط أسعار المحروقات في الجزائر على غرار الدول المنتجة للمحروقات يعتبر من الاهتمامات الأساسية للمستثمرين الأجانب، نظرا لارتباطه الوثيق بتذبذب اسعار سوق النفط الدولية، حيث عمد المشرع من خلال التعديلات المتتالية للقانون المنظم لنشاطات المحروقات إلى تكريس آليات قانونية تضمن استقرار النظام القانوني لضبط أسعار المحروقات الوطنية تماشيا مع سياسة تقلبات الأسعار الدولية. Abstract: The stability of the legal system of hydrocarbons prices control in Algeria, as do the other hydrocarbons producing countries, is one of the main foreign investors’ concerns, because of its close correlation with the international market prices volatility. The legislator, thus, and through the successive amendments of the law governing the activities of hydrocarbons, has devoted legal mechanisms in order to ensure the stability of the legal system permitting the regulation of the national hydrocarbons prices, in line with the policy of fluctuations of the international prices.
