البُــعد القيمي في استراتيجية الإشهـاد الحضاري للنظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي

الملخص
الاقتصاد الإسلامي جزء من كل،كما لا يجوز فصل مسألة اقتصادية عن قضايا ومسائل الاقتصاد الأخرى، سواء في الناحية العقائدية، أو السياسية، أو الاجتماعية، أو الأخلاقية؛ فالنظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي هو جزء من صيغة عامة لها أرضية خاصة، إن دور القيم والأخلاق في تعزيز الثقة بين الأطراف المختلفة سواء كانوا أفرادا أو جماعات منظمات أو مؤسسات وحتى دولا فيما بينها، يعتبر من المواضيع المهمة التي تعزز الثقة في القاتصاد ومختلف آلياته وينعكس على متانة اجزائه وقدرتها وكفاءتها وهو ما يحتاجه الاقتصاد اليوم في صورته الليبرالية المتطرفة، كما ان توجود منظومة قيمية في الاقتصاد كمعيار للحوكمة يبرز جانب المسؤولية في أي عمل اقتصادي ومن أي طرف كان لتصبح المساءلة واضحة وممكنة. : Islamic economics is part of a whole, nor shall separate economic issue about other economy issues, also can not separate Islamic Economics for the remnants of the overall Islamic doctrine parts, both in terms of ideological, political, or social, or moral; the Islamic economy is part of the general formula has its own ground, The role of values and ethics in promoting trust between the different parties, whether they are individuals, organizations or institutions, groups and even nations with each other, is one of the important topics as a result of the nature of religious contracted in Islamic banking based on the Secretariat as well as the lack of regulatory bodies in the Islamic countries, which confirms the importance of the subject that Most of the challenges faced by the Islamic banking and Islamic economics generally concentrated in breach of agreements and contracts between the parties on the one hand and the structure of the transactions and agreements on the other hand, for example, we find among them the lack of disclosure in the banking and the low standard in contracts and obligations, as well as doubts about the credibility of some of the applications Sharia compliant products. These are all things indicate the importance of values and ethics in the economy.
