الملخص
بنوقسي من الأسرالمُوَلدية العريقة التي كانت لها مكانة سياسية في عهد القوط ، وبِإنتشار الإسلام في إسبانبا لم تكُن مُستعدة للتنازل عن إمتيازاها ،ومن أجل ذلك أعلنت إسلامها حيث أسلم قسي الجد على يدّي الخليفة الأموي الوليد بن عبد الملك، فأقرّه على أراضيه في الثّغر الأعلى، فحافظت هذه الأسرة على مكانتها في المنطقة.. . لقد قدّمت هذه الأسرة زعماءأثّروا على تطَوُر الأحداث في المنطقة ,كان أبرزهم هو موسى بن موسى بن فرتون بن قسي ، الذّي قام بِدور عسكري وسياسي بارز في عهد الأمارة الاموية في الاندلس، كان يصُّب في تأسيس إمارة شبه مستقلة في منطقة الثّغر الاعلى. ومن أجل ذلك إختلف موسى بن موسى بين الطاعة والعصيان للإمارة الاموية ،مُستعملا تحالفه مع النصارى في إمارة بنبلونة ،فكان لايتوانى في الإستنجاد بهم لمحاربة السلطة الأموية.ولقد إستطاع موسى بن موسى تكوِين أمارة شبه مستقلة، والظهور كزعيم في الثغر الاعلى ،حتّى لُقِب بالملك الثالث . Banu-qasi was one of the ancient Muwalad families that had a political position in the area of the Goths, and with the spread of Islam in Spain, she was not ready to concede its privileges, and for this she declared her Islam as the grandfather's priest converted to Islam at the hands of the Umayyad Caliph Al-Walid bin Abdul Malik, so he approved his lands in the upper gap, so she preserved This family has its status in the region This family presented leaders who influenced the development of events in the region, the most prominent of whom was Musa bin Musa bin Fartun bin Qassi, who played a prominent military and political role during the reign of the Umayyad Emirate in Andalusia, and was aiming at establishing a semi-independent emirate in the Al-Thaghr Al-Ula region. Musa ibn Musa differed between obedience and disobedience to the Umayyad emirate, using his alliance with the Christians in the Emirate of Pamplona, so he did not hesitate to seek their help to fight the Umayyad authority. Musa bin Musa was able to form a semi-independent emirate, and to appear as a leader in the upper divide, even being called the third king
