الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال موضوعاً سوسيولوجيّا ألا وهو عنف الزّوج ضدّ زوجته في الأسرة الجزائرية، حيث يسعى إلى الإحاطة بأسبابه، وطبيعة العنف الممارس في الوسط الأسري من الزوج تجاه زوجته. والمجتمع الجزائري مجتمع ذكوري بامتياز، و من خلال ما يقرّه المجتمع من عادات وتقاليد وضوابط. فالأزواج عادة ما يميلون إلى إخضاع زوجاتهم والهيمنة عليهنّ، ومع ما يشهده المجتمع الجزائري من تحوّلات عميقة، ووجود ترسانة قانونية لحماية المرأة، خاصة حصولها على الاستقلالية المالية بعد خروجها للعمل وتداخل الأدوار بين الرّجل والمرأة وأحيانا تبادلها على مستويات معيّنة...، جعل العديد من الأزواج يرفضون هذا الوضع الجديد فيسعون إلى إخضاع زوجاتهم بأساليب عنيفة منها: البدنية والمادية واللفظية أو النفسية والمعنوية؛ أي لجوء الزّوج إلى العنف ضد زوجته للمحافظة على وضعه وتأكيد هيمنته. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأسرة ؛ الزوج ؛ الزّوجة ؛ العنف ؛ العنف الأسري. This article deals with a sociological subject, which is the violence of the husband against his wife in the Algerian family, as the two researchers seek to understand its causes and the nature of violence practiced in the environment of the family by the husband towards his wife; and it is usually the weakest circle, through the customs, traditions and controls that society establishes. Husbands usually tend to subjugate and dominate their wives, and with the profound transformations that Algerian society is witnessing, and the existence of a legal arsenal to protect women, especially their access to financial independence after leaving for work, and the overlapping of roles between men and women, and sometimes their exchange at certain levels….This Made many husbands reject this new situation and seek to subjugate their wives by violent means, including: physical, material, verbal, psychological and moral means.
