جوانب من حياة المرأة في المجتمع الأندلسي

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: فرضت عملية فتح الأندلس من قبل المسلمين عربا وبربرا عام 92ه/711م ضرورة الزواج من أهل هذه البلاد من أجل الاستقرار والانتشار في ربوعها، فكانت عملية الارتباط تحدث عن طريق الزواج المختلط بالحرائر والزواج بالجواري الإسبانيات والجيليقيات والفرنجيات وغيرهنّ، من أهمّ الأسباب التي سمحت بتشكّل مجتمع متجانس الأعراق مختلف الديانات، يتعايش جميع أفراده في ظل دولة الإسلام وتحت راية حكمها، فكفلت للجميع حقوقهم مقابل أداء ما عليهم من واجبات، وكانت المرأة وراء كثير من التغييرات التي حدثت في المجتمع الجديد، باعتبارها قاسما مشتركا في هذا التمازج، حيث استطاعت أن تفرض وجودها في هذا الواقع زوجة كانت أم جارية، رافضة التهميش فعبّرت بشجاعة عن رأيها وأبانت عن شعورها وظهرت وفق إرادتها في أجمل صور التأنّق من لباس وحليّ، وشاركت الرجل في الحياة اليومية بمختلف مجالاتها، وسعت بخطى ثابتة نحو التحرّر وطلب مزيد من الحرّية، وقد انعكس ازدهار ورفاهية العيش بالأندلس على التطور الحاصل في مجتمعها، فخرجت من بيتها لمواضع مختلفة (المتنزهات- الرياض- الحمّامات- الجوامع- الأعياد- المناسبات ...)، وأكّدت تواجدها في أعمال ونشاطات متعدّدة (معلمة- طبيبة- شاعرة- مغنية...)، وفرضت على الجميع احترامها محجّبة وسافرة، بل إنّ الرجل كان في كثير من الأحيان يرافقها ويزكّي ما كانت تنشده من تحرّر في سبيل تحقيق الأفضل في حياتها. ABSTRACT : The process of conquest of Andalusia by Muslims, Arabs and Berbers in the year 92 AH / 711 AD, imposed the necessity of marriage with the people of this country in order to stabilize and spread throughout its territory. The races are of different religions, all of its members coexist under the Islamic State and under the banner of its rule. It guaranteed everyone their rights in return for the performance of their duties. The woman was behind many of the changes that occurred in the new society later, as a common denominator in this intermingling, as she was able to impose Her presence in this new reality was a wife or a maidservant, refusing to be marginalized, so she courageously expressed her opinion and expressed her feelings and appeared according to her will in the most beautiful forms of dress and jewelry, and participated in the daily life in various fields, and steadfastly sought towards liberation and asked for more freedom, which was reflected The prosperity and luxury of living in Andalusia depends on the development of its society, so she left her home to various places (parks - Riyadh - bathrooms - mosques - holidays - occasions...), and confirmed her presence in business And multiple activities (teacher - doctor - poet - singer...), and she was respected by everyone, veiled and open. In fact, the man often accompanied her and praised what she was seeking of freedom in order to achieve the best in her life.
