إعادة الزواج وأثره على تماسك الأسرة الجزائرية Remarriage And Its Impact On The Algerian Family Cohesion

الملخص
للزواج أهمية كبرى في حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات فهو أساس قيام العلاقات السليمة بين الأفراد التي يقرها العرف ويكفلها القانون ، ونظرا لما نلاحظه من أنماط الزواج السائدة في مجتمعنا والتي يكون لها تأثير على الأفراد والأسرة ككل فقد وقع الاختيار على الموضوع "إعادة الزواج وأثره على تماسك الأسرة الجزائرية" .وقد هدفنا من خلال هاته الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التماسك الأسري في ظل إعادة الزواج ووجود زوجة أب أو زوج أم.هدفنا من خلال هاته الدراسة إلى بناء تصور علمي ولو نسبيا حول إعادة الزواج في المجتمع الجزائري، والمساهمة في إثراء المجال البحثي بمعطيات امبريقية. كذلك إجراء دراسة ميدانية وتحليلات واقعية وربطها بالمعطيات النظرية المتحصل عليها بغرض الحصول على نتائج حقيقية وعلمية تؤخذ كمنطلق لمواصلة البحث والتعمق فيه. وقد استخدمنا في هاته الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعنى بوصف الظاهرة كما هي في الواقع وصفا دقيقا ،وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من ثلاثين زوج وزوجة أعادوا الزواج للمرة الثانية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن إعادة الزواج يؤثر إيجابا على التماسك الأسري من خلال التوافق والحوار ،أما في حالات قليلة أخرى لمسنا تأثيرا سلبيا على التماسك الأسرة كما يؤدي إلى صعوبة التوافق الأسري. وتكمن أهمية هاته النتائج في محاولة إيجاد حلول وسبل للتخفيف من المشاكل التي يعاني منها النسق الأسري وإيجاد طرق للمحافظة على توازنه وعلى تماسك العلاقات بين أفراده في ظل وجود فرد جديد. Marriage is of great importance on individuals lives and societies, as it is the foundation of establishing healthy relationships between individuals and which is acknowledged by custom and assured by law, and in the view of what we observe of prevailing marriage patterns in our society and which have an impact on individuals and the family as a whole , the them selected were "Remarriage And Its Impact On The Algerian Family cohesion " we aimed Through this study to learn about reality of family cohesion in the light of remarriage and the presence of step-mother or step-father 's . Through this study, we aimed to build a relatively scientific visualization about remarriage in Algerian society, and to contribute in enriching the research field with empirical data. . As well as conducting a field study and realistic analyzes and linking them with the theoretical data which were obtained in order to reach realistic and scientific results that are taken as the basis for further research and to in-depth in it. We have used in this study the descriptive and analytical method which is concerned in accurately describing the phenomenon as it is in reality, a sample of thirty husbands and wives who re-married for the second time was selected. The study concluded that remarriage affects positively family cohesion through consensus and dialogue, but in a few other cases we have seen a negative impact on family cohesion and it also leads to difficulty in family reconciliation. The importance of these results lies in trying to find solutions and ways to alleviate the problems that the family system suffers from and find ways to maintain its balance and the cohesion of relations among its members in the presence of a new individual.
