الملخص
صياغة مبدأ التكامل ضمن ديباجة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ونظامها الأساسي وهو يجعل العلاقة بين كل من المحكمة والقضاء الجنائي الوطني تكاملية من اجل سد الفراغ الذي يعاني منه الأخير، كما ساهم في وضع الحدود الفاصلة بين ما يختص به القضاء الوطني وما يدخل ضمن اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية. The principle of complementarity was formulated in the Preamble and Statute of the International Criminal Court, which makes the relationship between the Court and the national criminal justice system complementary to the latter's void and contributed to the delimitation of the jurisdiction of the Court. national judiciary and the International Criminal Court
