التقصيد الجديد وأثره في قبول الرواية الحديثية وتأويلها

الملخص
ملخص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم" التقصيد الجديد" ومجالاته، والمصطلحات ذات الصلة به، ومحاولة الوقوف على أبعاد هذه الدعوى، ومدى مشروعيتها وصحة تأصيلها من عمل المقاصديين القدامى، مع تمييز ما يقبل منها ومايرد، وأثر تلك الدعوى على فهم السنة فهما صحيحا، أو تأويلها تأويلا منحرفا بردها، أو إفراغها من محتوياتها التشريعية والعقدية، مع أمثلة توضح المقصود وتجلى حقيقة الأمر. Abstract: This research aims to clarify the concept of New "Taqsid" and its fields, and the terms related to it, and try to find out the dimensions of this presumption, the extent of its legality and the validity of its originality from the work of the old scholars of “purposes”, with a distinction of what is accepted and what is rejected, and the effect of this presumption on the correct understanding of the Sunnah, or its interpretation through perverse manner by rejecting it, or emptying it from its legislative and doctrinal contents, with examples that clarify the intent and clarify the truth of the matter.
