حل مسائل الميراث بإستعمال الدالة الخطية والمتتالية الهندسية Solving Inheritance Cases With The Linear Forula And The Geometric Progession

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى قسمة التركات وفق قواعد الميراث الإسلامي بمعادلات رياضية، فمسائل الميراث في الفقه الاسلامي تنقسم إلى أربعة أنواع؛ مسائل تفني فيها الفرروض التركة ولا يبقى شيء للوارث العاصب الذي يرث الباقي بلا تقدير؛ والثانية هي التي يبقى فيها نصيب للعاصب، أو يرث كل التركة عند الانفراد؛ كالابناء مع البنات، أو الأخوات مع الإخوة، يرثون بلا تقدير للذكر ضعف نصيب الأنثى؛ كل هذه المسائل نستعمل فيها الدالة الخطية. أمَّا الثالثة فهي مسائل تزيد فيها أنصبة الورثة لقلتهم، والرابعة مسائل تنقص فيها أنصبة الورثة لكثرتهم، فنستعمل فيها المتتاليات الهندسية، وفي الأخير نخلص إلى أنّ المعادلة الخطية والمتتاليات الهندسة، معادلات واحدة تعطينا قانونا موحدا، يلغى معه التأصيل والتصحيح كأهم نتيجة يخلص لها البحث. This research aims to divide the inheritance according to the Islamic inheritance rules by mathematical equations. The cases of inheritance in Islamic jurisprudence are divided into four types. In the first type, the estate is ended by shares and nothing remains for the 'Asabi (the male agnate) who takes over the remainder without considerations. In the second type, a share remains for the 'Aasib, or he inherits everything when alone, and for all these problems we use the linear function. As for the third type of cases, the shares of heirs increase because of their fewer number. In the fourth type, the shares of heirs decrease because of their large number, and for that we use the geometric progression. It is concluded that linear functions, geometric progressions, ratios and proportions are one equation that gives us a unified law that cancels the rooting cases and share defragmentation as important results of the research. , , , .
