جريمة العنف ضد الطفل الضحية: عوامله وآثاره السلبية

الملخص
الملخص: لقد ارتكبت الجرائم ضد فئات اجتماعية مختلفة، ومن بينها فئة الأطفال والتي استهدفت من طرف المجرمين نظرا لضعفها وسذاجتها وبراءتها، والتي راحت ضحية لجريمة خطيرة: كالعنف. قد ترجع أسبابها إلى عوامل اجتماعية مرتبطة بثقافة المجتمع والمحيط الاجتماعي الذي يعيش بداخله الطفل كالمحيط الأسري، المدرسي، أصدقاء السوء. إضافة إلى عوامل اقتصادية كتدني المستوى الاقتصادي للأسرة والبطالة، وقد تكون عوامل نفسية مرتبطة بأمراض نفسية، اضطرابات عاطفية، خلل عقلي يعاني منه الجاني. وإن جريمة العنف المرتكبة ضد الأطفال تخلف آثارا اجتماعية متمثلة في سوء التكيف الاجتماعي مع المحيط الخارجي، انحرافات سلوكية، وقد تظهر آثار نفسية كحدوث خلل في شخصية الطفل وشعوره بالقلق والاكتئاب. Abstract: Crimes have been committed against various social groups, including the children, which have been targeted by criminals for their weakness, naiveté and innocence, and which have become victims of a serious crime: violence. May be due to social factors linked to the culture of society and the social environment in which the child lives within the family, school, friends of bad. In addition to economic factors such as low economic level of the family and unemployment, and may be psychological factors associated with psychological diseases, emotional disorders, mental disorder suffered by the offender. The crime of violence against children has social consequences of social maladjustment with the external environment. Behavioral deviations. Psychological effects may occur as a defect in the child's personality and feelings of anxiety and depression.
