التعدد اللغوي في الجزائر وإشكالية الاندماج الثقافي (تصحيح المقال حسب ملاحظات الخبير)

الملخص
ملخّص: يُعنى هذا المقال بتقديم مقاربة مفهومية للتعدد اللغوي، بوصفه ظاهرة بليغة لراهن الإنسان الجزائري قديما وحديثا، ومن أهمّ الإشكالات التّي تشغل الرأي العام في المجتمع؛ القضايا اللغوية والثقافية، لأن العلاقة بينهما علاقة معقدة، وفي نفس الوقت هي علاقة تكامل، ذلك أن قضية اللغة في الجزائر من أهمّ القضايا التي تشغل بال المشرّع والسياسي والشعب معا، وهي من أسمى السبل للنهوض بالمجتمع ثقافيا وعلميا وسياسيا. وتحاول هذه الورقة الوصول إلى معرفة: هل أن التعدد اللغويّ في الجزائر يساهم في ثراء الجانب الثقافيّ أم أنه هادم له؟ لذلك نسعى إلى توضيح العلاقة بين اللغة العربية والأمازيغية واللغة الفرنسية، وإظهار انعكاسها على المحيط الثقافي، من حيث التعايش اللغويّ في المجتمع الجزائري، وإبراز الجانب الإيجابي والسلبي لهذا التعدد اللغوي والبحث عن الحلول للاستثمار في الجانب الإيجابي. Abstract: This article study the conceptual approach to multilingualism, as an important phenomenon in the algerian context, and among the most important problems that occupy public opinion in society( linguistic and cultural issues), languages in Algeria is one of the most important issues that concern the legislator, the politician, and the people, and it is one of the highest ways to advance society culturally, scientifically and politically. This paper tries to find out: Does the multilingualism in Algeria contribute to the richness of the cultural aspect, or is it destructive? Therefore, we seek to clarify the relationship between the Arabic language and the Tamazight language and the french language , and to show its reflection on the cultural environment, in terms of the linguistic coexistence between the two languages in the Algerian society, highlighting the positive and negative side of this multilingualism and looking for solutions to invest in the positive side.
