دور أدوات التحليل المالي في قياس الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، دراسة حالة مؤسسة حضنة حليب

الملخص
تتوقف فعالية أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية على قدرة التحكم في مختلف وظائفها خاصة الوظيفة المالية، حيث يرجع الكثير من الباحثين سبب فشل المؤسسات إلى أدائها المالي السيئ. لهذا ظهرت الحاجة إلى قياس وتقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة كإحدى أدوات الرقابة المالية، وذلك لكشف نقاط القوة والضعف وأسبابها وإعطاء حكم على وضعيتها من خلال ممارسة نشاطها، فيعتبر التحليل المالي أداة رئيسية وضرورية لتقويم الأداء المالي داخل المؤسسة. Summary : The Effectiveness of the Economic Instition’s Proformance depends on the ability to control its various functions, especially The Financial Function, as many reseachers attribute the failure of the Institutions to their Poor Financial Performance. Therefore, there was a need to measure and evaluate the financial performance of the institution as one of the financial control tools to reveal the strengths and weaknesses and their causes moreover, to give a judgment on its status through exercising its activity. financial analysis is considered as a main and necessary tool for assessing financial performance within the institution. Résumé: L'efficacité de la performance de l’entreprise économique dépend de la capacité de contrôler les différentes fonctions notamment la fonction financière. En effet, de nombreux chercheurs attribuent la cause de l'échec des entreprises à leur mauvaise performance financière. C'est pourquoi, le besoin de mesurer et d'évaluer de la performance financière est devenu l'un des outils de contrôle financier afin de détecter les points forts et les points faibles, leurs causes et d'émettre un jugement quant à sa situation par l'exercice de son activité. Ainsi, l'analyse financière est considérée comme un outil principal et nécessaire pour évaluer la performance financière au sein de l’entreprise.
