الملخص
ملخص: يعد الإيقاع الركن الأساس في فن القول ، فهل هو بمعنى وقع أم أوقع ؟ فإن كان من وقع ، فهو ذلك الوقع الجميل الذي يطرب السمع و يبهج القلب ، أما إذا كان من أوقع فالمباغثة واللامنتظر ، هما من يصنعان فيه أجراس الموسيقى . و اللحن أنواع فماذا يعني عند اللغويين ، وماذا يعني عند النحويين ، و ماذا يعني عند أهل العروض ؟ فهل هذه الألحان هي سيدة الإيقاع ، أم أنّ الإيقاع قاعدة و قانون يلتزم بهما الشاعر و الناثر على السواء ؟ ABSTRACT : Rhythm is the basic element of the art of saying ; is it in the sense of to effect or to cause effect ? If it is In the sense of “ to effect “ ; it means that beautiful impact that impresses hearing and makes cheerfulness in the heart but if it is in the second sense “ to cause effect “ it means that music bells are made by surprise and the unexpected. There are several kinds of melodies ; so what it means for linguists ; for grammaticians and for poem specialists ? are these melodies a basic pillar of rhythm or rhythm is rules and laws which must be respected by poet and the prose writer ? Résumé : Le rythme est la pierre angulaire de l'art de dire. Est-ce dans le sens de tomber ou de tomber? Si c'est la personne qui est tombée, alors c'est ce bel effet qui chante entendre et réjouit le cœur, mais si c'est la personne qui tombe, la conversation et l'attente sont celles qui font sonner la musique. Et la mélodie est différente, alors qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour les linguistes, qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour les grammairiens et qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour les gens des spectacles? Ces mélodies sont-elles le maître du rythme, ou le rythme est-il une règle et une loi auxquelles adhèrent à la fois le poète et la prose?
