الملخص
عرفت الجزائر عام 1932م ميلاد جمعية العلماء السُّنة والتي هي انشقاق قام به كوكب من العلماء الإصلاحيين من التيار الطرقي، الذين كانوا أعضاء في جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين، أظهرت هذه الجمعية من اليوم الأول لتأسيسها العداء لجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين والولاء للفرنسيين، وقد اتخذت هذه الجمعية الصحافة المكتوبة أحد أسلحتها في مواجهة جمعية العلماء المسلمين ومن بين هذه الصحف المعيار،هذه الصحيفة التي اعتمدت على أسلوب الشتم والتنابز ووصف العلماء بأوصاف مخلة وغير أخلاقية في الكثير من المقالات و الاعداد. Algeria knew in 1932 the birth of the Association of Sunni Scholars, which is a split by a planet of reformist scholars from the Tariqi current, who were members of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars. From the first day of its founding, this association showed hostility to the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars and loyalty to the French. The written one is one of its weapons against the Association of Muslim Scholars, and among these newspapers is the standard, this newspaper that relied on the method of cursing and contention and describing scholars with immoral and immoral descriptions in many articles and issues
