البعد الديمغرافي للتقاعد في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل الجانب الديمغرافي لنظام التقاعد الجزائري، مبرزين ذلك من خلال الإشكالية الأساسية و التي تتمثل في التغيرات الديمغرافية التي شهدتها الجزائر و التي كان لها الأثر بتغير هيكل الأعمار والتي نتج عنها زيادة في اعداد كبار السن، وبالتالي دخول الجزائر بما يعرف بظاهرة التقدم السن للسكان أو شيخوخة السكان، كما تناولت الدراسة واقع منظومة التقاعد من نشأتها و تطورها من الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا وجل الإصلاحات التي مرت عليها، وكذلك مختلف المؤسسات التي تشكلها، وأضفت نتائج الورقة البحثية إلى مساهمة حول مسألة التقاعد في الجزائر الذي أصبح أكثر تأثرا بالتحولات الديمغرافية وذلك من خلال جملة من المعطيات الإحصائية بحيث مكننا من محاكاة مختلف التطورات التي شهدها نظام التقاعد الجزائري سواء من حيث زيادة عدد المتقاعدين، وكذا أهم التوازنات المالية الساهمة في تمويل الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد، وإبراز عدد المستفيدين منه و نوع المنح و المعاشات الممنوحة. الكلمات المفتاح : التغير الديمغرافي ؛ الشيخوخة ؛ أمل الحياة؛ نظام التقاعد ؛ الجزائر. Abstract : The paper aims at analyzing the demographic aspect of the Algerian pension system. This is illustrated by the fundamental problem of changes in the demographic of Algeria, which have been affected by the change in the age structure which resulted in an increase in the number of older persons. The age of the population or the aging of the population. The study also dealt with the reality of the retirement system from its inception and its development from independence to the present day, and the reforms it underwent, as well as the various institutions that constitute it. The results of the research paper contributed to the issue of retirement in Algeria Which has become more influenced by the demographic changes, through a number of statistical data that enabled us to simulate the various developments in the Algerian pension system, both in terms of increasing the number of retirees, as well as the most important financial balances contributing to the financing of the National Pension Fund, and highlighting the number of beneficiaries and the type of grants and Pensions granted
