الملخص
لم تختلف منطقة الغرب الإسلامي كثيرا عن غيرها من مناطق العالم الإسلامي في تنوع المشارب الفكرية والتوجهات المذهبية. غير أن دراية علماء المنطقة بفقه الخلاف واستحضار قواعده في التعامل مع المخالف أسهم في التقريب بين المختلفين وفي حفظ الوحدة الفكرية والمذهبية للمنطقة، ومن هؤلاء علامة زمانه الإمام أبو بكر بن العربي المعافري (ت543هـ). الذي تفاعل مع مذاهب عصره وخبر الخلاف معها وأدراه بقواعد يمكن البناء عليها والاستفادة منها في تدبير الخلاف المذهبي في زماننا ورسم معالم لفقه الخلاف معها. The region of the Islamic West did not differ much from other regions of the Islamic world, in the diversity of intellectual stripes and sectarian orientations. However, the knowledge of the region’s scholars of the jurisprudence of the dispute, and the evocation of its rules in dealing with the offender contributed to bringing the two together and preserving the intellectual and sectarian unity of the region. and among these is the scholar of his time, the Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Al-Arabi Al-Ma`afari (d.543 AH). The one who interacted with the doctrines of his time and reported the disagreement with them, and he understood them with rules that can be built upon and used in managing the doctrinal disagreement in our time and drawing the parameters of the jurisprudence of the disagreement with them.
