الملخص
ملخص: إن أي معلومة لا تقبل ولا تتوًج بالبصمة العلمية إلا إذا مرًت من خلال النشر العلمي، الذي أصبح يشغل الحيز الأكبر والمهم في البحث العلمي بل حتى أصبح يحوي أهداف البحث العلمي نفسه من جهة، ويقيم من خلاله الباحث من جهة أخرى ذلك لأن الانضباط والترتيب والنظام مرتبط بعلاقة طردية مع الإقبال والاهتمام وحسن الاستفادة. وعلى هذا الأساس يستوجب على الاتحاد العلمي العالمي أن يوحد المعايير البيبليومترية للنشر في العالم دون عائق لغة أو مفاهيم أو معايير لاسيما في مجال العلوم الإنسانية حيث يجد الباحث نفسه أمام العديد من الأدبيات والمقاربات تختلف من حيث وجهة النظر المكانية والبنيوية وهذا ما يؤدي إلى تعدد مشاكل التسيير و إرصان الوثيقة العلمية. ومن هنا تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد خصائص الوثيقة العلمية التي تسمح لنا بتوضيح ووضع بعض قواعد إنتاج المعلومة العلمية، أين سنسلط الضوء على فهم دور المناقشة العلمية والتدخلات العلمية في البحث العلمي، اللفظية والكتابية منها، متطرقين في ذلك إلى التصنيفات الكبرى للمنشورات العلمية (صحيفة، مقال، مجلة، تقرير علمي....الخ) مبرزين في ذلك بنية ونمط الكتابة العلمية بشكليها الفيزيائية والمنطقية محاولين طرح مشروع توحيد اللغة العلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: Abstract To which information does not accept nor retain scientific footprint unless passed through scientific publication, which became the largest space occupies the important scientific research and even became contains objectives scientific research itself, on the one hand, and from which the researcher on the other hand because of discipline and order and order linked to a direct correlation with the turnout and interest, good benefit.
