آليات تحقيق الأمان الاجتماعي للمعاقين سمعياً

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية تستهدف الدراسة الوقوف على واقع الأمان الاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من خلال تحديد واقع المكانة الاجتماعية لذوي الإعاقة السمعية وتحديد واقع توفر فرص والاستقرار الاجتماعي وذلك في محاولة التوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات التي يمكن ان تساهم في تحقيق الأمان الاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بصفة عامة وذوي الإعاقة السمعية بصفة خاصة، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية باتباع منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لذوي الإعاقة السمعية بمدارس الأمل للصم والبكم للفتيات بمدينة الدمام والبالغ عددهن (35) مفردة وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة الميدانية عن طريق المقابلة (الاستبار) مع الاستعانة بخبراء في لغة الإشارة لسهولة التواصل مع ذوي الإعاقة السمعية, وتطبيق دليل المقابلة المفتوحة مع الخبراء في مجال رعاية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والبالغ عددهم (5) من الخبراء الأكاديميين والميدانيين، وقد أكدت الدراسة على بيان أهمية تحقيق الأمان الاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأهمية الدمج الاجتماعي حيث أوضحت أن مستوى مؤشر "الاعتماد على الذات, "الاندماج المجتمعي للمعاقين سمعياً متوسط, بينما كان مستوى مؤشر "المكانة الاجتماعية " ومؤشر "توفر الفرص الوظيفية للمعاقين سمعياً" ضعيف, وقدمت الدراسة بعض الأليات التي يمكن بها تعزيز الأمان الاجتماعي للمعاقين سمعياً. Abstract: The study aims at identifying the reality of social security for people with special needs by determining the status of social status of people with hearing disabilities and determining in an attempt to reach a set of mechanisms that can contribute to achieving social security for people with special needs In general and persons with hearing disabilities in particular. This study belongs to the descriptive studies using the Comprehensive Social Survey for People with Hearing Disabilities in Al-Amal School for the Deaf and Mute of Girls in Dammam (35). The data of the field study were collected through the interview with the use of experts in sign language for easy communication with people with hearing disabilities , And the implementation of the open interview guide with experts in the field of caring for people with special needs of (5) academic and field experts.The study emphasized the importance of achieving social security for people with special needs and the importance of social integration. It pointed out that the level of "self-reliance" index, the social integration of the hearing impaired is average, while the level of "social status" and "employment opportunities for the hearing impaired" Study some of the mechanisms by which the social security of the hearing impaired can be enhanced. Résumé : L'étude vise à identifier la réalité de la sécurité sociale pour les personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux en déterminant le statut de statut social des personnes malentendantes dans une tentative mettre en place un ensemble de mécanismes susceptibles de contribuer à la sécurité sociale des personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux en général et des malentendants en particulier Cette étude fait partie des études descriptives réalisées à l'aide de l'Enquête sociale complète auprès des personnes ayant une déficience auditive à l'école Al-Amal pour sourds et muettes des filles à Dammam (35). Les données de l’étude de terrain ont été collectées lors de l’entretien avec l’utilisation d’experts en langue des signes pour faciliter la communication avec les personnes malentendantes. Et la mise en œuvre du guide d’interview ouvert avec des experts dans le domaine des soins aux personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux de ( 5) experts académiques et de terrain. L’étude a souligné l’importance de la sécurité sociale des personnes ayant des besoins particuliers et de l’intégration sociale. Il a souligné que le niveau d '"autonomie", l'intégration sociale des malentendants était moyen, tandis que le niveau de "statut social" et "d'opportunités d'emploi pour les malentendants" la sécurité des malentendants peut être améliorée.
