الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مجموعة العوامل التي تؤثر إيجابا على قرار المستثمر للاستثمار في دولة أجنبية بدل الدولة محل إقامته، ولقد توصلنا من خلال النظريات المفسرة للظاهرة أن تلك العوامل تتمثل بالأساس في حجم سوق الدول المضيفة ومعدل نموها الاقتصادي ومدى توفر كل من الاستقرار الاقتصادي والسياسي فيها، بالإضافة إلى التكلفة عوامل الإنتاج، كما أن الإطار التشريعي للاستثمار يحتل مكانة مهمة في تلك المحددات. The objective of this study is to determine the factors that positively affect the investor's decision to invest in a foreign country instead of the country where he lived. We have reached the following explanation: The factors are mainly the size of the host countries' market, economic growth and the availability of economic stability And political, in addition to the cost factors of production. The legislative framework for investment is also important in these determinants.
