الحكم الفقهي لاستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التلاوة أثناء الصلاة

الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الأحكام الفقهية في المسائل المتعلقة لاستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التلاوة أثناء الصلاة، ولتحقيق هدف الرسالة، تم إعداد أسئلة علمية وفقهية متعلقة بالموضوع وطرحها على أهل الاختصاص، بالإضافة إلى استقراء ما ورد في النصوص الشرعية والقواعد الفقهية ومن ثم تخريج المسائل المعاصرة عليها. وبيّن البحث أهم التقنيات التي تستخدم للتلاوة أثناء الصلاة، و مميزات هذه التقنيات، وإلقاء الضوء على المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بأجهزة التلاوة أثناء الصلاة، و ما يندرج تحتها من مسائل فقهية، و بيان التكييف الفقهي لكل مسألة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يشرع استخدام الأجهزة أثناء الصلاة إلا إذا دعت الحاجة وبشروط محددة في البحث. وتوصي الدراسة بإضافة بحوث علمية شرعية في مجال الأجهزة الحديثة المتعلقة بالقرآن الكريم، وذلك بالتعاون بين أهل الاختصاص في الإلكترونيات وعلماء الشريعة؛ لبيان أحكام المستجدات فيها. This study aims to show the rules of jurisprudence in matters related to technologies in recitation during prayer, and to achieve the goal of the thesis, then prepared scientific questions and doctrinal related to the subject, and correct it by the specialists, in addition to extrapolate what mentioned in religious texts and jurisprudence and then interpret contemporary issues on it. The researcher made introduction to the subject, by clarifying the most important techniques that are used for recitation during prayer, and showed the characteristic of this technology, then shed light on the jurisprudential issues relating to the recitation devices during prayer, indicating what falls under the doctrinal issues, in an attempt to indicate the jurisprudential conditioning of each issue. The study concluded that it’s not permissible to use devices during prayer unless the need arises and according to the conditions set forth in the research. The researcher recommended adding legal scientific research in the field of modern devices related to the Holy Quran, in cooperation between specialists in electronics and Sharia scholars; To show the provisions of developments in it.
