الملخص
ملخص: أصبح في يومنا هذا كل شيء موضوعا للصورة و العالم يخلق باستمرار من طرف الصور حتى صار زمننا عصرا للصورة بامتياز. و لهذا اكتسبت الصورة إحساسنا و ذكاءنا و فكرنا، و هي تفرض علينا اتجاهات و تصرفات و سلوكيات بفعل قوة تأثيرها، و هي تتدفق علينا باستمرار من قبل الفضائيات و كافة الوسائط الإلكترونية التي تتفنن جميعها في تقديم الصور الغثة و السمينة الجذابة و المغرية للنفس لإرباك ثقافة دول الهامش و تفتيت هويتها و فرض ثقافة الآخر و هو القوي تكنولوجيا و المالك لوسائل الإعلام و الإتصال بأنواعها. و قد أدى الإدمان على المشاهدة إلى التغريب و العزلة الإجتماعية و القلق و العنف و المفاضلة بين الأوطان. و لقد أدت الطفرة الكبيرة بداية من النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين في مجال الإنتاج السينمائي بأشكاله المتنوعة إلى اعتبار الأفلام خاصة الوثائقية قاعدة أساسية لاكتساب المعرفة، و التوعية و التحسيس بأمهات القضايا المجتمعية منها مفاهيم المواطن و المواطنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفيلم الوثائقي، المجتمع المدني، المواطنة، حقوق الإنسان، الهوية.
