فعالية المؤشرات التربوية وأثرها في تقويم النظام التعليمي Educational Indicators Efficacy And Its Impact On The Evaluation Of The Educational System

الملخص

يكاد يتفق الجميع على أن المدخل الأساسي لتحسين نوعية الحياة والوصول إلى رفاهية المجتمع يكمن في تطوير النظم التعليمية لأن مستقبل أي مجتمع مرهون بمستوى تعليمه. من هذا المنطلق، تحرص الدول المتقدمة على الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري الذي يعتبر المورد الاقتصادي الرئيسي الذي لا يمكن الحصول عليه إلا بوجود نظام تعليمي متطور، يسعى دائما لمواكبة المتغيرات والاتجاهات الحديثة في التطوير والتغيير. ومما يدل على أهمية النظم التعليمية أن صناعة قرار السياسة التربوية تعتمد على الأساليب المتقدمة لفحصها والتأكد من وفائها بأهداف التعليم، وبحاجات المجتمع وغاياته ويأتي في مقدمة هذه الأساليب أنظمة المؤشرات التربوية التي توفر للمشرفين المقدرة على معرفة مدى فاعلية ونجاعة التخطيط التربوي، وما يمكن أن يحققه من تطلعات المجتمع وأهدافه ومدى قدرة الجهاز التعليمي على الوفاء بالتزاماته. Abstract : Almost everyone agrees that the key/main entrance to improving the life quality and reaching the society well-being lie in the development of educational systems because the future of any society depends on the level of education. In this sense, developed countries are keen to invest in human capital, being the main economic resource, which can only be obtained with an advanced educational system, always seeks to keep pace with the changes and trends in modern development and change. What indicates the importance of the educational systems the decision making of educational policy depends on advanced methods to scrutinize and ensure that they meet the educational goals, the needs and objectives of the community and at the forefront of these styles the educational systems indicators, which provide the supervisors with the ability to know the extent of efficacy and effectiveness of the educational planning, and what can be achieved by the aspirations of the community and its objectives and the ability of the educational system to fulfill its commitments.
