الملخص
تبنت الجزائر فكرة حاضنات الأعمال من خلال إنشاء " مشتلة المؤسسات "، توضع تحت وصاية وزارة الصناعة والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وترقية الإستثمار تسهر على الانسجام مع المحيط المؤسساتي والمشاركة في الحركة الاقتصادية وتشجيع بروز المشاريع الواعدة مع تقديم الدعم لمنشئي المؤسسات الجدد وتزويدهم بكل الآليات التقنية والمادية لتسيير المشروع. خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة توسيع دور حاضنات الأعمال ليشمل شتى المجالات والقطاعات لكي تغطي جميع أنشطة المقاولات مهما كان نشاطها، وكذا تعزيز العلاقة بين حاضنات الأعمال والجامعات ومراكز الأبحاث والأقطاب الصناعية. Algeria has adopted the idea of of business incubators through establishing them under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises and Promoting Investment. The Ministry works on harmonising with the environment of the enterprises and participating in the economic movement and encouraging the emergence of promising projects, with providing support to the establishers of the new enterprises and providing them with all technical and material mechanisms to run their projects. The study concludes that there is a necessity to increase the role of business incubators to include all fields and sectors in order to cover all activities of entrepreneurs whatever their activities might be. In addition to that, there is a necessity to reinforce the relationship between the business incubators and universities and research centres, as well as industrial poles.
