الملخص
هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة شبه متكاملة لتأسيس علم جديد، أطلقنا عليه اسم: "علم استشراف التاريخ"، وقد تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة لمفهوم هذا العلم الجديد، وقدمنا النظرية العامة الخاصة بهذا العلم الجديد، وعرفنا بالحاجات التي دعتنا إلى تأسيسه، وقدمنا أهدافه، وعرفنا بأهم خصائصه العلمية، وبعدها قدمنا الخطوات اللازمة للفهم العميق لهذا العلم الجديد، وقدمنا أهم الإشكاليات التي تواجه هذا العلم الجديد، وبعدها قدمنا منهج البحث الخاص بهذا العلم الجديد، وقدمنا مقاييسه، وعرفنا بأهم قوانينه الثابتة . ا Abstract This research is an attempt to establish a science that we have called in this study we discussed the concept of this new science and the general theory of this new science and the need that we called for it establishment and the most important objectives of this new science and provide the most important features and characteristics of this new science and action steps for deep understand of this new science and then provide the problems facing this new science and the most important research method and the difinition of its metrics and the most prominent fixed laws . ا
