الملخص

الملخّص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى بيان أهمّيّة «البطاقة الذّهبيّة» الصّادرة عن مصالح البريد الجزائريّ، خصوصًا بعد انتشار فيروس كورونا، فلقد كان لها دورٌ كبيرٌ في وقاية الفرد الجزائريّ من الفيروس؛ وذلك بما توفّره من خدماتٍ، وما تيسّره من مختلف المعاملات على أفراد المجتمع، دون عناء الانتظار في طوابير مكاتب البريد ومن ثمّة التّسبّب بانتقال عدوى الفيروس، وقد اشتملت هذه الدّراسة على تصوير المسألة، وبيان أقسام بطاقات المعاملات الماليّة؛ (بطاقة مغطّاة، وبطاقة ائتمانيّة)، وتحرير محلّ النّزاع في مختلف البطاقات، وتكييف البطاقة الذّهبيّة الصّادرة عن البريد الجزائريّ وتخريجها فقهيًّا (حوالة أو وكالة)، وأنّ المعاصرين اتّفقت كلمتهم على جواز إصدار هذا النّوع من البطاقة واستعمالها بشروط. كلمات مفتاحيّة: الأحكام الفقهيّة، بطاقات المعاملات الماليّة، بطاقات الائتمان، البطاقة الذّهبيّة، البريد الجزائريّ. Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the »gold card« issued by the interests of the Algerian post, especially after the spread of the Coruna virus, as it had a great role in protecting the Algerian individual from the virus; This is due to the services it provides, and the various transactions that it facilitates for members of society, without the hassle of waiting in the queues of post offices and causing the transmission of the virus infection, and this study included photographing the issue and explaining the sections of financial transaction cards; (debit card, credit card), Liberation of the dispute in various cards, Adapting the gold card issued by the Algerian Post and issuing it juristically (money order or procuration), and that contemporaries agreed on their permissibility to issue this type of card and use it on conditions Keywords: Jurisprudence, financial transactions cards, credit cards, gold card, the Algerian post.
