الملخص
الملخص تشهد منطقة الساحل الإفريقي تهديدات لا تماثلية عديدة أثرت على امن واستقرار شعوب المنطقة والتي منها جماعات الجريمة المنظمة والتنظيمات الإرهابية المختلفة وما زاد من تفاقمهما وخطورتهما هو التعاون والتنسيق والتحالف الموجود بينهما وهذا في ظل الفشل الدولاتي الذي يميز دول المنطقة وعجزها عن مراقبة حدودها الشاسعة وهو ما يجعلها ملاذا آمنا وبيئة ملائمة تستحكم فيها وتتنامى مثل هذه التهديدات. إن ما يزيد حالة اللاأمن تعقيدا هو ظاهرة الانتشار Spillover للإرهاب والجريمة معا في مقابل ضعف المقاربة الميدانية الممارساتية للحكومات المحلية وهذا ما استدعى استجابات غربية عسكرية مثلت دافعا جديدا أمام هذه الفواعل التهديدية الجديدة وخصوصا الإرهاب. Abstract The Sahel region of Africa is experiencing many asymmetric threats that have affected the security and stability of the region’s people, for example the organized crime groups and various terrorist organizations, and what aggravate and made them more dangerous was the existing cooperation, coordination and the alliance between them. all that Under the international failure that characterizes the countries of the region and their inability to control their vast borders which makes them a safe haven and a favorable environment pwhere this threats are spreading and growing. What makes the situation of insecurity more complexis the Phenomenon of spillover terrorism and crime in opposit of the weakness of local government's pragmatic approach. This has necessitated Western military responses that have been a new impetus to these new threats
