الملخص
يعد الأمن السبراني أحد المداخل النظرية والتطبيقية الحديثة في صيانة الأمن الالكتروني للمؤسسات والحكومات فهو أداة فعالة تضمن حماية امن المعلومات وخصوصية بنوك المعطيات للشركات مما يضمن حماية وصيانة المعلومات ذات الخصوصية التي لها علاقة بالموارد البشرية والمادية للمؤسسات. إن الأمن السبراني يعد مجموعة من الأدوات التنظيمية والتقنية والإجرائية، والممارسات الهادفة إلى حماية أنظمة المعلومات والحواسيب والشبكات وما بداخلها من بيانات من الاختراقات أو التلف أو التغيير أو تعطل الوصول للمعلومات أو الخدمات، ويعد توجها عالميا سواء على مستوى الدول أو حتى المنظمات الحكومية أو الشركات. هذه الورقة تحاول الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية إلى أي مدى يساهم تصميم نظام فعال للأمن السبراني في ضمان صيانة المؤسسات والرفع من أدائها؟ سيجيب الباحث على الاشكالية السابقة وفق المحاور التالية اولا مدخل مفاهيمي للامن السبراني ودوره في الصيانة ثانيا الامن السبراني وعلاقته بالاداء الفعال للمؤسسات والحكومات ثالثا صياغة نظام فعال للامن السبراني دراسة في المؤشرات والتطبيقات خلاصة واستنتاجات.
