استخدامات الشباب الفلسطيني لتطبيقات الهاتف الذكي وتأثيراتها فيهم دراسة ميدانية على الشباب في قطاع غزة

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على استخدامات الشباب الفلسطيني لتطبيقات الهاتف الذكي. وتجيب الدراسة عن مجموعة التساؤلات أهمها: ما استخدامات الشباب الفلسطيني لتطبيقات الهاتف الذكي وما تأثيراتها فيهم. وطبقت الدراسة على مجتمع الشباب الفلسطيني وعينة قوامها (200) مبحوثاً من محافظات قطاع غزة. وتشير أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الشباب الفلسطيني يستخدم تطبيقات الهاتف الذكي لاسيما شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لساعات طويلة يومياً، وحصل تطبيق Facebook على الترتيب الأول بين التطبيقات في الاستخدامات والتصفح، يعد الدافع الأول من استخدامات الشباب الفلسطيني لتطبيقات الهاتف الذكي تصفح تطبيقات التواصل الاجتماعي، ويستخدم الشباب الفلسطيني تطبيقات الهاتف الذكي لحاجات تتعلق بالأخبار ومتابعة ما يجري من حوله ومراقبة البيئة؛ وتتفق هذه النتيجة مع واقعه وصراعة مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، كما تعكس وعي الشباب الفلسطيني وتمسكه بأرضه رغم واقعه المتأزم. يتأثر الشباب الفلسطيني عينة الدراسة بشكل إيجابي من استخدامه لتطبيقات الهاتف الذكي ويحقق مجموعة من الفوائد أهمها: التعرف على المجتمع بشكل أوسع، ومعرفة كل ما هو جديد، والتسلية والترفيه، والاطلاع والمتابعة على كافة الأخبار، ويتأثر بشكل سلبي من استخدامه لهذه التطبيقات بنسبة أقل إذا ما قورنت بالإيجابيات مما يعكس مضار هذه التطبيقات على الشباب الفلسطيني كإدمان الهاتف الذكي والعزلة عن المجتمع والأسرة والأصدقاء، وتغيير أنماط الحياة وقلة ساعات النوم. وتوصي الدراسة بالحد من ساعات استخدامات الشباب للهاتف المحمول وتطبيقاته، ومشاركة الشباب بشكل حقيقي وتمكينه من أخذ أدوار ريادية في المجتمع، وزيادة التطبيقات المتعلقة بنقل الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية كإنشاء تطبيق خاص بقضايا القدس، وتطبيق خاص بالرواية الفلسطينية لتبقى في ذاكرة الشباب وتحكي قضيتهم للعالم. Abstract: The study aims to identify to uses of Palestinian youth for smartphone applications and the study answers a set of questions, the most important of them: what are the uses of Palestinian youth for smartphone applications and their effect on them. The study was applied to Palestinian youth community and a sample of (200) respondents from the governors of the Gaza Strip. The most important results of the study indicate Palestinian youth use smartphone applications, especially social networks for long hours daily, Facebook application got the first rank among applications in usage and browsing, The first motivation among youth’s uses of smartphone applications is to browse social media applications, Palestinian youth use smartphone applications for news needs, to follow what is happening around them and to monitor the environment. This result is consistent with its reality and is conflict with the Israeli occupation. It also reflect Palestinian youth awareness and their adherence to their land despite its strict reality. The Palestinian youth of the same study are affected positively by its use of smartphone applications and it achieves a set of benefits, the most important of them: get to know the community more broadly. Learn about all that is new, entertainment, see and follow all the news. It is negatively affected by his use of these applications to a lesser extent; this reflects the harmful effects of these applications on Palestinian youth as smartphone addiction, isolation from society, family and friends, changing lifestyles and lack of sleeping hours. The study recommends limiting the hours of youth’s use of a mobile phone and its applications, real youth participation enables him to take a real role in society and increase the applications related the transfer of Israeli violations as a create an application for Jerusalem issues and application for the Palestinian narrative to keep the memories of young people and tell their cause to the world.
