التوجه الحديث للعولمة المالية في ظل تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة التوجه الحديث للعولمة المالية في ظل تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل، واستشراف الشكل المستقبلي للعلاقات المالية العالمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ابتكار تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل ساهم بدرجة فعالة في تعزيز أبعاد العولمة المالية كما أن طريقة تصميم هذه التكنولوجيا والأسس التي ارتكزت عليها دفعت إلى إعادة تشكيلها من منظور جديد مبني على لامركزية المعاملات المالية والتوافق الموزع بهدف ترخيص إجراء الصفقات وتسويتها، وكذا تعزيز أمن وخصوصية الأطراف من خلال إخفاء الهوية في إطار شفافية الاطلاع على مسار ومضمون الكتل. وعلى الرغم من المزايا التي أضفتها هذه التكنولوجيا في طورها التمهيدي، فهي لا تزال مجالا خصبا ومحط أبحاث مكثفة لتطوير وتوليد تطبيقات متقدمة يمكن لها أن تنقل النظام المالي والاقتصاد العالمي بصفة عامة إلى حقبة أكثر تكاملا واندماجا لـم يشهد لها مثيل من قبل. This study aims to discuss the modern trend of financial globalization in the light of Blockchain Technology and to explore the future shape of global financial relations. The study concluded that the innovation of Blockchain Technology has effectively enhanced the financial globalization's dimensions. Moreover, the method of designing this technology and the foundations on which it was based led to its restructuring from a new perspective based on the decentralization of financial transactions and distributed consensus with the aim of authorization and settling deals, as well as improving the security and privacy of the parties through desidentification within the framework of access transparency to the path and content of the blocks. In spite of the advantages added in its introductory phase, Blockchain stills a fertile field and attracts an intensive research for developing and generating advanced applications that can transfer the financial system and the global economy in general to a more integrated and inclusive era that had never been seen before.
