Résumé
L’objectif de ce travail est de contribuer à la réflexion sur une question de grande actualité, dans une approche comparative, à savoir l'encouragement et le financement de la PME dans les trois pays du Maghreb, plus exactement l'Algérie, la Tunisie et le Maroc, nous allons nous intéresser, d'abord, au cadre théorique sur le financement de la PME en Algérie, ensuite, à faire une analyse entre ces trois pays. A partir de cette étude, on a constaté que le système de financement de la Tunisie est plus développé par rapport aux deux autres pays, ainsi que le développement et l'évolution des PME. Abstract The objective of this paper is to contribute to the reflection on a question of great topicality, in a comparative approach, namely the encouragement and the financing of the SME in the three countries of the Maghreb, more exactly Algeria, Tunisia and the Morocco, we will be interested, first, in the theoretical framework on the financing of the SME in Algeria, then, to make an analysis between these three countries. From this study, we found that the financing system of Tunisia is more developed compared to the other two countries, as well as the development and evolution of SME.
