واقع التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر: بين الإشكالية الاقتصادية والحتمية البيئية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى إشكالية التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر بين الواقع الاقتصادي للبلاد والحتمية الملزمة بالحفاظ على البيئة وحقوق الأجيال المستقبلية، حيث تناول البحث نبذة عن قدرات الاقتصاد الجزائري وأهم معوقاته، وعن التنمية المستدامة كبديل تنموي للجزائر وطرق تفعيلها كل ذلك وفق منهج وصفي تحليلي. بينت الدراسة أن هناك تراجع محسوس في معدلات البطالة وزيادة فرص التشغيل وزيادة متوسط مداخيل الفرد ويرجع السبب في ذلك إلى زيادة الاستثمارات والمشاريع المبرمجة من طرف الدولة في إطار البرامج التنموية المجسدة. This study aims at addressing the problem of sustainable development in Algeria between the economic reality of the country and the inevitability of preserving the environment and the rights of future generations. The research dealt with the capabilities of the Algerian economy and its main obstacles to sustainable development as a developmental alternative to Algeria and ways of activating it all according to an analytical descriptive approach. The study showed that there is a significant decline in unemployment rates, increasing employment opportunities and average per capita income. This is due to the increase of investments and projects programmed by the State within the framework of development programs and in the establishment of several small, medium and small enterprises that contribute to raising national production.
