التحول السكاني والواقع الديمغرافي للشيخوخة في الجزائر الأوضاع الراهنة والاتجاهات المستقبلية

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عرض التطور التاريخي للتركيبة السكانية ومراحل الانتقال الديمغرافي في الجزائر، بحيث قمنا بتحليل بعض مؤشرات حركة السكان التي هي جزء من التحول الديمغرافي و تم التركيز على فترة ما بعد الاستقلال لتحليل الخصوبة والوفيات، ومنه تطرقنا إلى نتائج التحول الديمغرافي في الجزائر الذي أوجد تغييرا كبيرا في الهيكل العمري للسكان، والذي نتج عنه تطور في الفئة العمرية 60 سنة فما فوق المتمثلة في المسنين وذلك بسبب انخفاض عدد الولادات والوفيات وارتفاع أمل الحياة، بحيث بلغت نسبة هذه الفئة العمرية سنة 1966 حوالي 6,7% لتصل إلى 9,32 % سنة 2018. كما تتبعنا تطور هذه الفئة العمرية منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا ومن ثم قمنا بإعطاء نظرة مستقبلية للتركيبة السكانية في أفق 2038 والتي ستشهد تغيرات عميقة من نتائجها بروز ظاهرة شيخوخة السكان الجزائريين نتيجة الارتفاع في نسبة الفئة العمرية 60 سنة فأكثر. This study aims at presenting the historical development of population structure and the stages of demographic transition in Algeria, so that we analyzed some indicators of population movement that are part of the demographic transition and focused on the post-independence period to analyze fertility and mortality, from which we touched on the results of demographic transition in Algeria. Which resulted in a significant change in the age structure of the population, which resulted in the development in the age group 60 years and older represented by the elderly due to the decrease in the number of births and deaths and the high hope of life, so that the percentage of this age group in 1966 about 6.7% to reach 9, 32% in 2018. We also followed the development of this age group from independence to the present day and then gave a future look at the demographics of the 2038 horizon, which will witness profound changes in its results as the phenomenon of the aging of the Algerian population due to the increase in the percentage of the age group 60 years and above.
