الملخص
Abstract : This study discusses present Mazouna which is one of the most important metropolises in Algeria, where it formed the centerpiece civilized and characterized by many, especially in Pielke west scientific contribution, the return to school of law is founded by displaced Andalusians, we find that this school drove many scientists in different scientific fields and gave a boost strong activity scientific movement in the region and remained until the late Ottoman period.
