الملخص
إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تطورات أسعار النفط خلال الفترة الممتدة من (2018-2000)، والتي تخللتها فترات ارتفاع وهبوط لأسعار النفط ودراسة لأهم العوامل المؤثرة فيها، وكيف أثرت على اقتصاديات الدول الريعية والجزائر من بينها، على اعتبار أن النفط هو المصدر الرئيسي لمداخيلها، وكذلك إلى تقلص دور الدول المنتجة في التأثير على الأسعار، مما أتاح الفرصة أمام الدول المستهلكة، فأصبحت الدول المنتجة رهينة بيد من يتحكم بأسعار النفط. وقد خلص البحث إلى أنه لا يوجد بديل عن التنمية الشاملة للخروج من مأزق الاقتصاد الريعي وللحفاظ على السيادة والأمن القومي. Abstract: The aim of this research is to study the developments in oil prices during the period from (2000-2018), which were interspersed with periods of rise and fall of oil prices, And a study of the most important factors affecting them, and how it affected the economies of the rentier countries and Algeria among them, As oil is the main source of its revenues, as well as to reduce the role of producing countries in influencing prices, Which gave the opportunity to consuming countries, Producing countries became hostage to those who control oil price. The research concluded that there is no alternative to comprehensive development to break the rentier economy dilemma and to maintain sovereignty and national security.
