دور بيئة العمل الداخلية في تطوير الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية: دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية بيئة العمل الداخلية في تطوير الأداء المهني بالصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، وهي دراسة وصفية استخدمت المنهج المسحي، من خلال أسلوب مسح أساليب الممارسة وتم توزيع صحيفة الاستقصاء على عينة بلغت 141 من القائمين بالاتصال في الصحف، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج أهمها: أن علاقات التفاهم والانسجام تسود بين الصحفيين بنسبة 83.6%، حيث يرون أن الأنظمة واللوائح واضحة ومعلنة للجميع بنسبة 66.1%، وتتوفر ظروف عمل مادية جيدة داخل مقرات الصحف بنسبة 73%، ومن معوقات بيئة العمل الداخلية نمط ملكية الصحيفة والسياسات التحريرية بنسبة 34%، وضعف الأمان الوظيفي والحوافز والمكافآت ولوائح الترقي، وقلة الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة. The Role of Internal Work Environment in Developing the Professional Performance in the Daily Palestinian Newspapers: A Field Study Abstract This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the internal work environment in the development of professional performance in the Palestinian daily newspapers, This is a descriptive research using an questionnaire which was electronically distributed to a random sample of 141 workers in the Palestinian newspapers, and reached a set of results, This study reveals that The relations of understanding, harmony and cooperation prevail among the communicators in the Palestinian daily newspapers in percentage of 83.6%.. 66.1% of those employees believe that the regulations and codes are clear and published to all, Good working conditions are secured in the headquarters of the investigated newspapers by a percentage of 73%, The obstacles in the internal environment were: weakness of job security, ownership pattern of the newspaper and editorial policies 34%, incentives, bonuses and promotion regulations, and limited availability of qualified human resources.
