علم التخريج وأنواعه (مرحلة النشأة والتطور) The Science Of Derivation And Its Types (origination And Evolution)

الملخص
مصطلح التخريج يعدّ من المصطلحات التي تجاذبته ثلة من العلوم الشرعية وغير الشرعية، ولكن المراد وما أفرد بالدراسة والتتبع هو مصطلح التخريج عند الأصوليين والفقهاء وأهل المقاصد، فتناول البحث التخريج وأنواعه من حيث النشأة والتطور، وتحدد نطاقه في خمسة أنواع، وهي (تخريج الفروع على الفروع، تخريج الأصول من الفروع، تخريج الفروع على الأصول، تخريج الأصول على الأصول، وتخريج الفروع على المقاصد)، كما اهتمت الدراسة بتتبع المصطلح عند أهل كلّ اختصاص لكلّ نوع من أنواع التخريج، ثم خلص البحث إلى خاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها، والله أسأل التوفيق والسداد. The term of 'Derivation' is considered part of the terminology used by a number of Sharia Sciences and non Sharia based. However, what interests me and studied with thorough follow up is the term 'derivation' in the context of the Sciences of Foundations, Jurisprudence and Objectives experts. on the types of Derivation on the basis of origins and evolution in which the study determined five types that included: [ Branches' derivation over branches, Foundations' derivation from branches, Branches' derivation over foundations, Foundations' derivation over foundations and Branches' derivation over objectives]. I also followed up with the experts in all of the types construction and summarized with a conclusion that encompassed the most important reached results, Allah grants success.
