الملخص
الملخص : في الدراسة الحالية سنحاول بحث حق السجناء في العمل داخل المؤسسات العقابية ،ونظرا لقيمة هذا الموضوع أي : العمل في المؤسسات العقابية ، وجدنا أن القانون الدولي استقر على الاعتراف به في عملية إصلاح و تأهيل السجين ،ووضعت الأطر القانونية داخل هذه المؤسسات العقابية بغية تحقيق مختلف المنافع المعنوية و المادية للسجين و المجتمع، ومن خلال قراءة تجربة السجون الجزائرية في تأهيل النزلاء و التكفل بهم، لاحظنا أنها لا زالت فتية في هذا المجال ،و هي تسعى إلى إدماجهم الاجتماعي من خلال تأهيلهم علميا ومهنيا. Abstract : In the present study, we will try to examine the right of prisoners to work inside penal institutions, and in view of the value of this subject,.: work in penal institutions, and We found that international law has been established to recognize it in the process of reforming and rehabilitating the prisoner and has established legal frameworks within these penal institutions in order to achieve the various moral and material benefits of the prisoner and society, By reading the experience of Algerian prisons in the rehabilitation and care of inmates, we noticed that they are still young in this area and are seeking to integrate them into society, and rehabilitation of scientifically and professionally.
